Police and Crime Commissioner Winston Roddick has published his latest Police and Crime Plan for north Wales
The Police and Crime Commissioner is responsible for holding the Chief Constable to account to ensure that the force support the delivery of the objectives detailed in the police and crime plan and to meet all their statutory duties.

Custody Visitors Scheme
Independent Custody Visitors are members of the public recruited by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner to visit Custody Suites in North Wales at random to check on the treatment and welfare of people held in custody by the police.
